Development

Website development is charged at £28 per hour in units of half hours. This is a very competitive rate.

Design

Some examples of typical design and build costs are as follows:

Five-page brochure site without enquiry form - from £350

10-page brochure site with enquiry form - from £450

These prices do not include the cost of web hosting provided by a third party (this can range from about £50 to £200 upwards per year depending on the facilities you need and the quality of the hosting). A typical brochure site like the above can be hosted for around £50 per year.

I don't believe in charging so many pounds per page as most of the work in designing a site is in creating the basic template(s) from which all the pages are derived. Once this is done, creating extra pages is usually quick and easy.

Content management is charged at £28 per hour in units of half hours, invoiced monthly. I can make quite a lot of changes to a website in half an hour!
